Full-service management can include rental marketing and booking coordination, guest communication, check-in and checkout support, cleaning and property readiness, inspections, maintenance and vendor scheduling, and regular owner updates. The exact scope is confirmed in the management proposal.
Where do you manage properties?
Our primary focus is Playas del Coco, where we already manage many condos and homes. The current portfolio includes properties in Pacifico, Jade Beach, Coco Sunset, and other Coco communities. Selected nearby Guanacaste properties can be discussed individually.
