Santa Teresa

Santa Teresa is a small unique beach town with an eclectic mix of people from all over the world. The area attracts backpackers, surfers, yogis and eco friendly travelers. The region is secluded and still has many dirt roads and is not easily accessible. Santa Teresa has a well known popular surf break and you can feel the influence on the local culture. Yoga is also woven into the culture as there are many well known studios in the community. You can find guided tours, fishing and diving as the area is frequented by tourists. 

There are many opportunities in Real Estate in Santa Teresa including luxury homes, condominiums, and small boutique hotels/shops. The Guanacaste region has had a surge in Real Estate activity the last 2 years and we expect the trend to continue.
